Big game hunter 10′th anniversary edition is one of the best pc games that I ever played probably. It is really great. It is based in Alaska. You can dog sled race, fish, hunt and shoot birds. It is really cool and I like a lot. I would definitely say that it is pretty hard, but that is a good thing so you don’t finish the game in a flash. You can choose your character and even change him/her up a bit. You can hunt quite a few things. Such as moose, bears, musk ox and more. Note: if you have a younger child, the sounds and visual of a bear is pretty scary and nerve wracking, so be forewarned. The ice fishing is a little hard though, but the normal fishing is pretty fun. I guess it was an upgrade to the older version of Cabellas big game hunter. It is rated for teens for blood and violence so depending on your child I would recommend 10 and up. It does show a guy frozen to death, but it’s really not that scary. I really don’t know how much it cost because it was a Christmas gift. I would imagine 20 to 30 dollars. Graphics are great and pretty realistic. Excellent game overall.
